They definitely know their welding and metal stuff, no question there. When they did reply, the info was useful and helped me figure things out. But wow, the replies felt slow, and sometimes the answers were so short I was staring at my screen like, “Is that it?” Not a disaster or anything, but I did wish they explained things a bit more clearly without making me feel like I was decoding ancient metalworking secrets.

I ordered a few metal pieces and overall they were mostly what I needed. One piece seemed a little different from what the listing showed, so that was a biiit disappointing. The sizes were okay and still usable, just not as exact as I was expecting. Shipping was fine though, and everything arrived without any damage. I’d probably order again, but next time I’d definitely double-check the specs first.
